[Patent Pending] Single-axis Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method
A new construction method using a special blade to build structures underground! (Patent Application: 2021-17112)
The "Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method" is a new construction method currently under patent application, which uses a special blade to drill overlapping holes for elements and both ends, followed by the insertion of H-steel for construction. Using a dedicated drilling machine, the ground is drilled with an auger, and while discharging cement milk from the tip of the auger, the drilling and mixing of the first and second elements are performed. Next, the third element is constructed by overlapping the end holes of the first and second elements for drilling and mixing. During this process, a special blade is attached and inserted to ensure that the H-steel does not sway sideways, allowing the structure to be built underground. Additionally, due to the single-axis construction method, it is also possible to drive long retaining piles and pier (platform) piles. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Single-axis method (patent application pending, application number: 2021-17112) ■ SMW method * For an overview of the method, please refer to the [PDF download] for materials, and feel free to [contact us] for more details.
